What we collect

From the contact form or a phone call we collect your name, email, phone number, the offer you asked about, and any dates or notes you include. We keep a simple attendance list for clinics so we know who has completed prior work before a Thursday walk or private hour.

Why

We use this information to answer your request, to confirm seats, to record deposits and refunds, and to keep the room within its cap. We do not sell lists and we do not use your charts as public marketing without a separate written yes.

How long

Enquiry notes that do not become a booking are removed within 12 months. Attendance and refund records are kept as long as Georgian bookkeeping rules require.

Sharing

We share data only with an accountant or with authorities when the law requires it. Hosting of this static site may log technical requests at the server; those logs are not used to profile students.
