Refunds and deposits

These rules apply to classroom seats at Beam Field Chart School, Panaskerteli Alley 89, Gori. They cover clinics, workshops, Saturday blocks, Thursday walks, and private hours. We do not ship goods and we do not sell digital subscriptions, so those cases are omitted.

Eligibility

A full refund of fees actually received is available if you cancel in writing (email or a note at the desk) at least seven full days before the first session of that booking. Thursday walk fees paid for a single evening may be refunded if you cancel before 12:00 on the day of the walk.

Timeframe to ask

Send the request within 14 days of the original session date if you believe a desk error (double booking, cancelled class) is the reason. Later requests are considered only when the school cancelled the session.

Full or partial

If a multi-evening clinic has already held its first session, we refund the unused evenings on a simple split of the published fee, minus the printed pack if it was issued. After the second evening of a three-evening clinic, remaining teaching is treated as started work and is not refunded, except when we cancel.

Non-refundable items

Printed chart packs once handed to you are not refundable. Follow-up hours already used are not refundable. A private hour that has begun is not refundable.

Deposits

When the desk asks for a deposit to hold a clinic seat, that deposit is applied to the fee. It is refundable under the seven-day rule above. Inside seven days the deposit is kept if we cannot fill the chair, because the pack is already printed for the name on the list.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may ask once to move a confirmed seat to a later published group, subject to a free chair. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the rules in this page. We reschedule without penalty when the instructor is ill or the room is unavailable.

No-shows

If you do not attend and did not cancel, the fee for that evening or hour is not returned. Thursday walks are not “made up” on another night without a new fee.

Work already started

Once a session is underway, that session’s portion is earned. Private hours that start more than fifteen minutes late still end at the booked time and are charged in full.

How to request a refund

Email desk@toolkitbeamfield.click or telephone +995 599 120 352 during Monday–Friday, 11:00–19:00 (GET) with your name, the offer, and the date. We reply with the amount and the method.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned the same way the desk received the money, usually within ten working days after we confirm the amount. We do not refund onto this website because this website does not take payment.

Exceptions

If we cancel a group and cannot offer another date you accept, you receive a full refund of fees received for the cancelled work, including the pack fee if the pack was never issued. Health emergencies documented to the desk may be treated as a move rather than a no-show, at the school’s discretion.
